Dr. Luper is a 2016 graduate of East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, graduating with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine with Honors. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012. Dr. Luper is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), NC Academy of General Dentistry (NCAGD), and the North Carolina Dental Society (NCDS).
